Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at & “An Evening with Jason Marsalis”; hosted by the Northwest Georgia Jazz Society (“NWGA Jazz”). This event will be held on March 1, 2025, and we are excited to welcome local businesses to showcase their products and services. Please review the details below and complete the registration form to secure your spot.
Event Details:
Event Title: An Evening with Jason Marsalis
Date: March 1, 2025
Time: Doors open at 7:00 PM; Concert begins at 8:00 PM
Venue: The DeSoto Theatre (530 Broad St, Rome, GA 30161)
Vendor Setup Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Vendor Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Vendor Benefits:
● Opportunity to showcase and sell your products or services to event attendees.
● Company logo included in the event program (if provided by February 1, 2025).
● Exposure to a diverse audience of approximately 500 jazz enthusiasts and community
members within the Northwest Georgia area.
Vendor Guidelines:
1. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and displays.
2. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of
payment.
3. All products and services must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.
4. Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event.
5. NWGA Jazz reserves the right to decline vendors whose offerings are deemed
unsuitable or in conflict with the event’s mission.
